Lending Support Administrator

Job Description


Our client, a national organization, is searching for a Lending Support Administrator, to join their Lending Team. This person will be responsible for the daily support to the lending team, demonstrating strong commercial lending experience in managing files, applications and documents. You will join an organization that is people focused and encouraging.

The main duties of this person are:

  • Processes loan documentation and subsequent loan maintenance in the banking system
  • Research and resolve operational and credit related issues and service requests
  • Develop and maintain lending procedures
  • Administers and reviews security and loan parameters.
  • This is a high-paced position which includes time sensitive deadlines, large dollar transactions and attention to detail.
Requirements

Must Haves:
  • 1-2 years of solid lending administrations experience is a MUST
  • Commercial lending experience is desirable
  • Post-secondary education in business is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in learning new software applications. Experience with Fiserv DNA will be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
Location: Head Office based out of Saskatchewan
