Service Representative 1

.

Position Overview

As a Service Representative 1, you will provide quality service to members and contribute to the success of the branch through the achievement of established retail sales goals and the application of member relationship management tools and techniques. You will also provide direct banking services and promote relationship building with business and retail members through the provision of a variety of StellerVista products and related services. Furthermore, you will actively participate in product and service campaigns, conduct a variety of retail member service administration activities including end-of-day balancing and act as joint custodian for Treasury. You will balance, service and maintain onsite and offsite ATM machines including processing ATM and night deposit transactions, reconciling ATM general ledgers and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions as required.

(This position is a non-union position)

Schedule Description

Permanent Part-Time - 25 Hours per week

Tuesday - Friday:

10:00am - 3:00pm

Saturday:

9:00am - 2:00pm

Note:

These hours may be increased

up to full days on short notice

due to operational requirements.

Wage Scale - $25.89 - $30.46

Minimum Qualifications:

Do you have a Secondary school diploma plus a minimum of six months experience in handling cash and dealing with customers in a sales & service environment with a financial institution or through a schoolwork experience program?

Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
