Position Summary





We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and customer-focused Services Project Coordinator to join our team in supporting critical field operations for a key enterprise client. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient execution of non-commissioning field work, acting as the essential liaison between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Field Service teams. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple priorities, maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across a range of field-based projects.


Key Responsibilities






Manage proactive field service projects, including break-fix work, equipment upgrades, remediation efforts, and preventative maintenance (36-month schedules). Coordinate warranty-related field activities, ensuring alignment with internal processes and customer expectations. Serve as the central point of contact between factory PMs, engineering, supply chain, and field service teams to ensure timely material delivery and resource planning. Provide high-level customer service to a strategic enterprise client, including visibility into project timelines, material needs, and scheduling changes. Support and manage customer-driven changes in work scope, generating and updating required documentation and material requests. Communicate clearly and professionally with client stakeholders regarding scheduling, on-site requirements, and post-work outcomes. Coordinate the creation and shipment of field kits for upgrade, remediation, or repair projects. Track shipments to ensure alignment with field service timelines and site access schedules. Create and distribute field trip requests or documentation required for site work. Ensure timely submission of post-field service reports to customers. Coordinate with internal finance teams to trigger accurate and timely invoicing. Manage change notices and update records related to field equipment modifications or upgrades.



Qualifications






Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of project coordination preferably in a power distribution, industrial equipment, or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level clients, with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet), Understanding of quality remediation processes, warranty policies, and preventive maintenance scheduling. Strong organizational and time management skills - ability to handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Professional communication skills - both written and verbal; capable of interfacing with high-level enterprise clients and internal teams. Problem-solving mindset - able to anticipate issues and resolve them proactively. Detail-oriented - ensuring field activities and documentation are completed to a high standard. Team player - collaborates effectively across departments to meet client and company goals.



Compensation





The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 CAD per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
