About the Role:


We are hiring a

Service & Operations Coordinator

to support the day-to-day execution of service and small projects. This role is central to the success of our operations -- acting as the communication link between our field team, clients, and vendors. You'll help ensure jobs run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and service is delivered with reliability and care.

Key Responsibilities:



Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls and preventive maintenance Communicate with clients to coordinate access, confirm appointments, and follow up on service Create and invoice work orders through our service software Issue and track purchase orders with vendors Assist with scheduling for small projects and installations Monitor and follow up on unpaid invoices Maintain job records, technician notes, and service documentation in the system Track job progress and support timely follow-up Provide administrative support for quoting and project execution

What We're Looking For:



2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or office administration (HVAC, mechanical, or trades preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication -- professional, courteous, and clear Proficient with Microsoft Office and service management software (

) Familiarity with purchase orders, invoicing, and accounts receivable is an asset HVAC or mechanical experience is helpful, but not required

Note:

Salary range will depend on experience and qualifications. The final offer may fall outside of any publicly listed range depending on the candidate's background.

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
