Service Manager

to drive our team!

Our Service Lane and shop is equipped with the most up to date automotive equipment; Alignment system, Tire Changers and Inspection equipment. The facility is fully air-conditioned and all bays are staffed with talented technicians, many having been with us for five or more years.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, have a TEAM first attitude and previous experience in an automotive service department.

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine understanding and passion for creating an exceptional guest experience; and will enjoy leading a dynamic, hard-working team, while not being afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Who are you?



Have a minimum 2+ years experience in Automotive Service Management Have a proven track record leading teams PBS knowledge is considered a key asset Must be eligible to work in Canada

What does the day to day look like?



Oversee service department by managing, and mentoring technicians and service advisors Ensure a guest experience that exceeds our guest's expectations and the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI) Work with General Manager to set sales and gross objectives for Service Advisors Ensure guest vehicles are serviced in a timely manner Handle and resolve guest concerns and complaints Monitor and control all warranty activity, assuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures Communicate regularly with guests about maintenance and service work needed Remain current on product and industry changes Lead a collaborative service department, working closely with sales and parts departments Support with hiring and training processes for new members of the service team Perform other duties as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $105,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
