The Opportunity Superior Forklift is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. As the Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Service jobs from start to finish, including scheduling and directing work assigned to Technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities As a Service Dispatcher your key responsibilities will include:
Schedule work for Technicians
Open work orders in the ERP system
Organize and manage incoming and ongoing jobs, as well as incoming leads using established departmental programs and processes
Utilize the service scheduler and book appointments in advance, prioritizing and scheduling all incoming work
Communicate with Service and Parts team members to ensure workloads are maximized, and customer needs are managed proactively
Provide input as to each Technician\xe2\x80\x99s job performance to the Service Manager
Obtain a form of approved customer payment prior to initiating the Service requests from customers
Maintain customer contact throughout the course of each repair
Ensure customer satisfaction prior to initiating the billing process
Ensure Internal Business Unit processes are followed
Manage the WIP Report and bill the necessary service calls to the customer when applicable
Review the invoice proposal prior to billing the customer, to ensure all details of the invoices are 100% accurate
Ensure paperwork is completed in the event of a workplace incident or accident
Ensure corporate safety initiatives and programs are strictly followed in the field
Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
Post-secondary education in Sales, Business, Management or a related discipline is considered an asset
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery is considered an asset
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
Proven ability to schedule appointments and manage conflicting priorities
Proven experience working and leading others in a fast-paced work environment
Superior organizational skills and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Adept at multitasking
Confident self-starter and team player
Excellent/High-speed typing skills
Quick thinking and flexible

The annual salary range for this role is: $45,000 to $60,000 depending on experience. This is an onsite role based in Regina, SK.
