What You'll Do:

Coordinate and prioritize service requests, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work closely with technicians and service advisors to manage shop flow and allocate work orders. Assess vehicle issues, provide cost estimates, and coordinate service appointments. Maintain accurate records of repairs and warranty paperwork. Stay up to date with manufacturer publications and industry trends.

What We're Looking For?

A team player

with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

An organized multitasker

who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Automotive knowledge

or experience in a service-related role (an asset but not required).

A customer-focused mindset

with a passion for delivering great service.

Valid driver's license

with an acceptable driver's abstract.
