Premier Boat & RV is the Fraser Valley's trusted destination for storage, service, and repair. We're looking for a

to coordinate customer service, scheduling, and parts management in our busy shop.

What You'll Do:

Communicate with customers to understand service needs and provide estimates Schedule and manage repair orders for efficient workflow Coordinate parts and supplies for timely service completion Create accurate quotes and invoices Maintain excellent customer communication and satisfaction

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in marine, RV, or automotive service Strong mechanical and technical understanding Great organization and communication skills Computer proficiency (CRM/scheduling systems) A professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
