Avalon Ford Service Department has an immediate opening for a Service Department Administrator. This role provides support across all areas of the service department, including serving as backup for front counter and internal service advisors, warranty administration, appointment coordination, and general office administration tasks.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills. Automotive service experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have previous experience as a Service Advisor and/or Warranty Administrator. Familiarity with CDK dealership software and other automotive-related experience will be considered strong assets.
