Position Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President Service, this position is responsible to provide critical support to the Service Team by coordinating administrative functions, organizing cultural initiatives, and assisting with service-related business development. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for supporting team culture and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Culture & Events Planning
Manage and track the annual cultural budget
Plan and execute year-end parties and celebrations
Coordinate cultural and employee engagement events throughout the year
2. Service Business Development Support
Prepare, review, and execute customer program agreements and assist with onboarding
Assist with the development of service-related newsletter content
3. Service Lead Generation & Qualification:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various sales channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and emails
Manage incoming leads via the programs mailbox, ensuring prompt routing to the appropriate team member
Promote and sell service related products and programs (AIO, PM, etc)
4. Meeting Preparation & Coordination
Create and distribute meeting agendas and supporting documents
Coordinate logistics such as room rentals, meals and travel for meeting attendees
5. Service Administration Support
Provide administrative support to the Service Leadership Team
Assist the Service Team in proactively resolving customer concerns and issues
What you'll need:
Minimum High School Diploma
Completion of a post-secondary education as an asset
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented, accuracy, timeliness, and possess excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
