Service Department Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for someone that has very strong administrative skills, and focused on following up to resolve issues.

Help customers resolve issues with the Fitness Equipment they have purchased from us by addressing specific issues in a timely manner.

Dealing with our customers, staff and our technicians directly, it's extremely important to be strong in both writing and speaking English and French.

Must have one year bilingual customer service experience

Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
