We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Service Coordinator
. This vital, full-time role acts as the central hub for our service operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality power solutions and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients.

Key Responsibilities
The Service Coordinator manages the full lifecycle of service and administration, from initial call to final invoice and contract management.
Service Scheduling & Coordination:
Key Account Management:
Act as the main point of contact for major contract clients, handling all inquiries and managing service delivery.
Work Order Processing:
Open and process work orders for both shop and field service requests.
Scheduling & Logistics:
Proactively schedule and manage
preventative maintenance (PM)
for all contract customers.
Coordinate complex schedules and services between internal departments
Schedule all interior (in-province) jobs, including coordinating the Interior Technician's schedule and arranging necessary travel and accommodations.
Technician Support:
Supply comprehensive work orders and documentation to Shop and Service Technicians.
Quoting, Invoicing, and Administration:
Quoting:
Prepare and follow-up customer repair quotes in conjunction with Shop Technicians (sourcing pricing, typing up, and sending).
Invoicing & Reporting:
Close service work orders and invoice customers accurately and promptly upon service completion.
Prepare and issue invoices, verifying pricing, PO numbers, and customer billing compliance.
Compliance & Data Entry:
Enter work orders, invoices, and compliance documentation into customer portals, ensuring adherence to client-specific guidelines.
Manage the work order tracker and scheduling calendar.
Receive, file, and update all service documentation and system fields.
Logistics & Purchasing: Process purchase orders, track product/service shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
Contract Management: Maintain the Key Account contracts and schedule and support PM Agreement renewals with the PM Account Manager.
