We continue to grow as a business and it is time to add another full time Service Coordinator.
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Service Coordinator
to manage and schedule service calls, support technicians, and ensure accurate documentation and billing within SAP. This role plays a key part in coordinating service operations, client communication, and internal workflows to deliver timely and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and close service calls in SAP
Schedule service appointments using the Technician Calendar
Coordinate technicians, service documentation, and client communication
Attach and manage quotes, invoices, and related service documents
Ensure accurate billing, payment types, and third-party information
Coordinate parts orders with Purchasing and Receiving teams
Coordinate warranty questions and details with the manufacturer
Support daily service routes and delivery scheduling (ROUTE4ME)
Qualifications
Experience in service coordination, customer service, or administrative support
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
