Job description :
Proceeds with the opening, closing and invoicing of work orders.
Participates in the planning of work load and schedules.
Prepares quotations, purchase orders, parts requisitions and other material resources.
Answers calls from customers and Parts & Service Sales Representatives.
Supports the foreman in admistrative duties.

Job Qualifications :
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or College Diploma in a mechanical field combined with 2 to 5 years mechanical experience in a sales or customer service environment
Written and spoken communication skills in French and English
Knowledge of MS Office software and SAP
Knowledge in manufacturing, plan reading and tenders
Organizational, planning and follow-up skills
Analytical and good judgment
Ability to work under pressure
Mechanical knowledge is an asset
