Bayshore Home Care is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. Responsibilities

  • Use phone and software systems to handle and document prospective client inquiries regarding requests for care and service
  • Schedule licensed and unlicensed employees while matching their qualifications, skills, and abilities to the clients' needs
  • Use information at hand to make decisions on scheduling changes between employees and clients
  • Consult with Supervisor and team members to assess client needs
  • Notify clients and field employees through phone or e-mail regarding initial and ongoing schedules
  • Complete data entry and maintain scheduling documentation
  • Handle and document client concerns and complaints in a timely manner and as appropriate, direct concerns to other team members
  • Work 8–12-hour days depending on challenges that may arise between client and employee scheduling

Job Qualification
Education Completion of health-related courses is considered an asset Experience Minimum of two years of experience in a role dealing with customer service; preferably in healthcare
