to join its Edmonton Branch team to undertake the broad and diverse set of duties required to support the scheduling, coordination, and administrative functions of a busy service department supporting market-leading work trucks. This is a full-time, permanent role suited to a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in service coordination, work order processing, warranty administration, and customer service within a truck, heavy equipment, or service-driven environment. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, processing work orders and estimates, sourcing parts, managing warranty claims, maintaining repair lists, supporting timecard administration, and acting as a primary point of contact for customers and internal service teams.

Responsibilities
Scheduling appointments and technicians' jobs
Processing work orders and estimates (Spire)
Sourcing and purchasing parts for the service department
Claiming warranty for all service-related work orders and parts
Providing professional, courteous customer service
Answering phones and responding to email inquiries
Maintaining repair lists and updating customers
Managing timecards and entering data in UKG
Handling various tasks and projects assigned by Service Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful applicant will have a mix of the following qualifications and experience. Commercial is looking for someone who has the experience to make a smooth transition into this position and hit the ground running. We will consider candidates from all backgrounds and industries.
Minimum five (5) years' experience in a Service Coordinator role with invoicing, submitting invoices on customer websites, and dispatching tasks to service teams
Excellent computer skills, specifically intermediate level Excel and experience using web-based applications
Experience with Spire business management software is an asset
Experience in a truck dealership is a major asset
Previous experience in the truck or heavy equipment industry is considered an asset
Valid Class 5 driver`s license. Experience driving large trucks is an asset
