Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. This vital, full-time role acts as the central hub for our service operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality power solutions and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Service Coordinator manages the full lifecycle of service and administration, from initial call to final invoice and contract management, including:

Take customer calls and field to appropriate personnel Open and schedule preventative maintenance for current contract customers Maintain key account contract schedule Contact customers for purchase orders prior to commencing work Update work order tracker and scheduling calendar Supply work orders to Shop & Service Technicians Receive all service documentation related to service work and file accordingly Close service work orders and invoice customers Quote jobs in conjunction with Shop Technicians (get pricing, type up and send to customer) Quotation follow up within three days of sending the quote Work on open work order report (comment and close old work orders) Get relevant customer info for warranty repairs Submit warranty information to Service Manager Update all existing service fields in system with the correct information Other tasks as required by the Service Manager
