Position Summary

Are you an organized problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Chamco is looking for a

Service Coordinator

to be the go-to person connecting our customers, technicians, and parts operations. You'll schedule service work, coordinate parts and equipment, and provide technical support that helps keep our customers up and running.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in service coordination especially from the automotive, heavy-duty, or industrial sectors. Looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you take pride in teamwork, communication, and technical know-how, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

To coordinate and schedule service jobs for both shop and field technicians. Review customer requirements and determine priority status of requests. Assign jobs to service technicians. Source and purchase the necessary parts and equipment for each job. Prepare service quotes for equipment service. Develop a strong technical competency with respect to Chamco products. Provide technical support. Ensure that Chamco's work alone policy is followed and that all work is planned to be performed in a safe manner and in accordance with HSE guidelines. Work with the sales team and management to further build on Chamco's reputation as a knowledge based company that provides technically superior service and equipment. Work closely with the other departments within the branch to provide any required support. Participate in training programs as required.

Qualifications Required

The successful candidate for this role will have some combination of the following qualifications:

A strong technical background with previous service experience. A trade designation or a technical designation(CET, RET). Strong leadership capabilities. Excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal and written skills. The ability to work independently with little supervision. Competent computer skills (MS Office suite of products). Team player.
