Job Description


Job purpose The Primary Goal of this position is to provide our internal/external clients world class customer service. Duties and responsibilities

  • Customer Service
o Incoming service requests (web, email, phone) Outbound Status updates to clients on service requests
  • Dispatch (Field Coordination)
o Scheduling Field Technicians (PM, Installation)
  • Data Entry/Processing
o Purchase order entryo Quote Entry (service)o Client updates within software program
  • Areas of Specialization
o Client services\xef\x82\xa7 Quickly assess the urgency of calls and direct them to appropriate person\xef\x82\xa7 Able to articulate the policies of cardinal to client with empathy\xef\x82\xa7 Insure follow up throughout the service process.o Service call Coordination\xef\x82\xa7 Responsible for controlling the timing of service calls\xef\x82\xa7 Maintaining the dispatch board in a timely and accurate manor\xef\x82\xa7 Manage service calls such that we meet our SLA mandates\xef\x82\xa7 Manage changes real time to meet emergencies from clients and internal clients\xef\x82\xa7 Insure all service orders in various stages of completeness are managed daily\xef\x82\xa7 Communicate effectively with clients\xef\x82\xa7 Communicate effectively with service team to achieve call success.o Service quotes\xef\x82\xa7 Assist in gathering data from field team\xef\x82\xa7 Assist in preparing quote\xef\x82\xa7 Assist in the follow up from clients\xef\x82\xa7 Assist in the maintaining the accuracy recordso Document Management\xef\x82\xa7 Maintain and control documents in compliance with standards as well as contractual compliance Qualifications: Qualifications include:
  • Education
o Grade 12 or above
  • Specialized knowledge
o Working knowledge of Microsoft office applicationso Working knowledge of Google apps for Business applications.
