As a

Service Coordinator, you will:

Manage work order flow, including the creation, delegation and close out activities of work orders to create accurate invoices Support Account Executives, Sr. Management, and Field Staff to develop and actively maintain customer satisfaction through frequent communication Maintain and update document control logs and follow through on project management procedures: change orders, as-built drawings, close out documents Process incoming calls and redirect, forward and take messages as required Dispatch and Schedule Field Staff Coordinate equipment, material deliveries and sub trades as required Collaborate with other business units within the organization on projects Reconcile costs within a workorder management system

Our ideal candidate has:



Minimum of one year electrical/mechanical related experience; trade experience is an asset. Related post-secondary education is an asset. Dispatch experience is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project and Excel; experience with Salesforce is an asset. Experience reviewing and understanding mechanical/electrical construction drawings is an asset. Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
