Job Description
Kenmac Energy is a locally owned and operated energy company proudly serving communities across Prince Edward Island. We specialize in oil and propane delivery, equipment servicing, and heat pump installation. Our team is built on reliability, safety, and strong customer relationships.
We're looking for a Service Coordinator to support our busy service department. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is key to keeping our technicians scheduled, customers informed, and service operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Schedule and coordinate service technicians, adjusting for urgent requests Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and follow up on service calls Assist with invoices, and purchase orders Maintain accurate service and customer records Support inventory tracking and regulatory compliance Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
What We're Looking For
2+ years of administrative or service coordination experience Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Industry experience or knowledge of heating equipment is an asset
Schedule & Benefits
