Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Service Coordinator
to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be the central point of contact between clients, technicians, and management to ensure efficient scheduling, timely resolution of service requests, and high client satisfaction. This role is essential in keeping our helpdesk and field service operations running smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for incoming service tickets and client requests
Prioritize, schedule, and assign service requests to the appropriate technical personnel
Monitor ticket queues to ensure timely follow-up, resolution, and client updates
Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for onsite visits
Communicate with clients regarding service timelines, updates, and feedback
Assist with procurement of hardware/software related to client service tickets
Maintain accurate service records, technician logs, and time entries
Support client onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with technical staff
Provide administrative support to the technical team as needed
Participate in continuous improvement of service delivery processes
Required Qualifications
2+ years experience in a coordinator, dispatcher, or service-related administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with ticketing or PSA systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, Datto RMM)
Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and general IT terminology
Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or IT services environment
Knowledge of basic IT support workflows and service desk operations
