We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The qualified person will be responsible for managing various equipment/parts service related tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance office. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Flexible position with full time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of new parts and consumable products
- Recording and comparing bids from multiple vendors and subcontractors
- Vehicle/Unit # operating cost data entry
- Scheduling maintenance on fleet vehicles for company and partners
- Entering/creating work orders and job #'s for repairs
- Making detailed reports about the maintenance and prioritizing repairs needed
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance program for various types of equipment
- Inventory and tracking of equipment NDT and inspections
- CVIP tracking and booking
Skills:
- Strong vendor management skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan ahead and stay on schedule despite unforeseen situations
- Proficiency in general office tasks and operations
- Ability to understand blueprints, charts, and repair manuals
- Extensive understanding of how industry equipment works
