We\'re seeking a Service Business Manager in the agricultural industry.
Our client, a leader in the agricultural sector, is known for its commitment to customer satisfaction, cutting-edge technologies, and fostering a positive team culture.
As a Service Business Manager will report to Branch Manager and will be responsible for overseeing service operations within the dealership, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitable service labor sales.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate, enforce, and monitor effective Service Department processes for customer satisfaction.
• Build customer relations and foster business growth.
• Execute the Corporate Service Marketing Plan to drive Customer Labour Sales.
• Create a vision and motivate team members for collective excellence.
• Manage staffing, employee development, and assist with training as needed.
• Develop and maintain a yearly departmental budget for a profitable Service Department.
• Monitor service sales, gross margin, and net profit to achieve budgeted goals.
• Manage inventory hours, costs, and expenses to maintain a healthy gross margin.
• Ensure good working order of departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Manage Service Department workflow and processing for maximized productivity.
• Review work orders for completeness and accuracy before customer billing.
• Stay current on product knowledge and expand business management skills.

What a successful candidate has:

• Minimum 5+ years\' experience in Service/Parts/Sales Department operations.
• Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products.
• Proven Agricultural Industry-related management skills.
• Knowledge of the Agriculture Industry with general mechanical awareness.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $95,000.00 to $130,000 depending on experience.
• Comprehensive benefits package.
