In these roles, you\xe2\x80\x99ll join our dynamic team and support our customers through their implementation of Unit4 ERP focusing on some of our most exciting new tools within extensions, integrations and reporting.


We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage multiple clients of our market-leading people-centric solutions. The successful candidate will be based remotely in Canada. As a Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution and completion of Unit4\xe2\x80\x99s software service delivery to meet the customer goals. What you will do
  • Managing the service of Unit4 software solutions into customer environments orchestrating the successful delivery of service engagements. Expected to drive service to successful completion, achieving agreed delivery dates within budget, meeting customer requirements and exceeding expectations.
  • Strategically, the Service Delivery manager seeks to understand our customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions.
  • Develop the plan to manage and drive the Unit4 team, customer stakeholders and potentially other third parties to achieve the agreed goals while understanding the client environment and any limitations to execution.
  • You will be responsible for managing scope, schedule and cost and leverage the Unit4 teams to service delivery.
  • Leverage your management and leadership capabilities to successfully deliver to your team(s) plan, proactively identify and manage risks, resolve issues and escalate where appropriate to drive services to successful completion, while exceeding customer expectations.
Your approach
  • As a Service Delivery Manager you will provide service management expertise throughout the entire service lifecycle.
  • Your service management, interpersonal and organizational skills enable you to keep all stakeholder satisfied and updated on the progress of the project.
  • You will follow change control procedures, ensuring stakeholder agreement beforehand for any revisions to the service from sponsors.
  • You track service deliverables and communicate with customer sponsors to deliver on-time, within scope and on budget.
  • As a Service Delivery Manager, you like to use your problem solving skills in order to come up with the best business solution for your customer.
  • In order to do this you listen carefully to the needs and wants, which you translate into a fitted action plan. These action plans can differ per customer.
Qualifications
  • You have a Bachelor degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field;
  • You have overall experience in Project Management or Service Delivery and some experience of implementing ERP System;
  • ITIL, APM, PMI, Prince2, CAPMM or equivalent project management qualifications would be a add value
  • Excellent presentation skills to a C-level audience focusing on demonstrating business value rather than technical solutions
  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces allowing communication to an audience with a variety of backgrounds
  • Ability to convey expert knowledge of business management systems, processes and best practices, with the ability to recite examples showing track record of success
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • You are passionate and skilled and will work closely with our consultants and clients to satisfactorily plan and schedule project timelines to guarantee on-time delivery
  • You have business analysis skills as well as business acumen and communication in English as mandatory and others as plus
You will be responsible for handling the technical requirements based on Unit4 People platform during new implementation projects for our customers and provide ad-hoc consultancy services for existing customers during the lifecycle. You will help ambitious service-centric organizations manage their business in the era of the Digital Revolution by providing an Enterprise solution that unlocks people\xe2\x80\x99s potential to tackle challenges and capture opportunities.
  • You will be part of our international Professional Services Team delivering technical solutions based on Unit4 ERP to fulfill the customer\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements and fits the way people work.
  • You will analyze and review customer needs in the field of reporting and integrations and map the requirements to the capabilities of our ERP system and additional Extension tools
  • You provide effective training to users and support them in using our tools.
  • You ensure proper documentation and prepared guidelines to provide the ability to modify the software on an ongoing basis.
  • You liaise with product managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements, or ideas to help them innovate.
  • You always stay ahead, abreast of new functionality within the technical streams of the Unit4 Product family and maintain an up to date knowledge of statutory requirements within your area of expertise
You will be part of a strong and close team with a lot of experience that works with and for each other and the customer. Together, you invest in long-term customer relations. We work with local market-oriented teams that help (local) government, not for profit and professional services organisations.
