Service BDC Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Handling all Dealer Direct/ On star Appointment requests

Conducting Follow up calls

Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently

Taking inbound and outbound phone calls

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to details

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with automotive service software is a plus)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/ hr Depending on experience

Expected hours: 40 hours per week
