BDC Representative - Outbound Calls and Email Marketing

Lebada Motors is hiring a BDC Representative to help us reconnect with customers and generate more sales. This is not cold calling. You'll be reaching out to people who have contacted us in the past, following up on their needs, and helping bring them back into the dealership.

You'll also help with email marketing by putting together campaigns that remind past customers about what we offer and encourage them to return.

Location: Cambridge, ON
Pay: Hourly wage plus performance bonuses

What you'll be doing

Make a high number of outbound calls each day to follow up with past leads Re-engage customers, answer questions, and book appointments with our sales team Create email campaigns to reach past and potential customers in a consistent, professional way Creating engaging content for social media channels Keep accurate notes and records in our CRM Work with the sales department to make sure appointments are set up properly and customers have a smooth experience Aim for weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments
What we're looking for

Someone who's comfortable on the phone and enjoys talking to people Experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service (experience in Automotive is an asset, but nor required) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Organized, dependable, and motivated to hit goals Positive energy and a team-first attitude
