Job Description
Go Place is a luxury Leisure Club & Spa located at First Markham Place.
We are looking for Service Associate to join our team!
Welcome guests on the arrival
Provide accurate information to assist guests with inquiries and special requests
Engage and take care of guests needs with a positive attitude
Take ownership of service complaints at earliest and resolve the complaint quickly and efficiently
Present professional appearance and maintain cleanliness in the common area at all times
Job Requirements
Previous full-service experience or any other similar capacity
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Teamwork-oriented and excellent conversation skills
Required to work night, evening, weekends and holidays
Must be in possession of a valid Canadian work permit to be eligible to be considered
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
