Whitby Oshawa Honda is currently seeking a reliable, motivated, full-time Appointment Coordinator for our busy service department. Hours will be 4 weekdays from 7:30am-4:30pm and Saturdays from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Primary duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering the phone and transferring calls to appropriate personnel/departments
Booking customer appointments within our CRM
Taking messages as required
Making outbound calls to customers to inform them of updates with their vehicle
Greeting customers and directing inquiries to the service department
Responsible for opening and closing duties including balancing the till, receiving overnight key drop-offs, service rental returns, etc.
Cashing out service customers and closing work orders
Other tasks as required
