Service Appointment Coordinator Wanted Who's a Planning Pro

The Service Appointment Coordinator we're looking for is an organized, proactive planner that naturally operates with strong sense of urgency. The ideal person for this role is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is not afraid to pick up the phone and is dedicated to delivering excellent service at every step. If you consider yourself an effective communicator, you love keeping your finger on the pulse of the action and enjoy a little problem solving every now and then, this could be the ideal role for you.

As the Service Appointment Coordinator at CYV, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers looking to book appointments in the service department. Whether it's handling incoming inquiries, reaching out to customers with parts in, or scheduling appointments for recalls and special promotions, you'll play a key role in keeping the shop running smoothly and keeping the technicians productive.

In addition to customer appointments, you'll coordinate service appointments for dealership's vehicles, manage any outsourced body shop work, and oversee the service loaners. You'll also handle administrative duties such as filing service repair orders, processing paperwork for incoming vehicles, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
