We're currently looking for a

Service Advisor

who is ready to jump in, take ownership, and become the vital link between our clients and our shop team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, no-BS environment and you love turning chaos into order, we want to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greet and assist customers with professionalism and confidence Open and manage service orders from start to finish Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure jobs are progressing on schedule Communicate updates to customers clearly, honestly, and consistently Review and explain repair estimates and invoices Ensure work orders are accurate, detailed, and properly documented Maintain service schedules and keep the workflow organized Manage and audit time daily to ensure accuracy and consistency Help spot bottlenecks, improve systems, and bring fresh ideas to the table

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar service advisor role (heavy equipment experience is a bonus!) Strong communication skills--you're clear, direct, and professional Organizational skills that would make a librarian jealous Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment Team player who's not afraid to step up and get it done Computer literate--familiar with repair order software or willing to learn quickly Commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer-first service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
