What You'll Do:



Be the trusted connection between our

Customers

and our powerhouse

Service Team

Coordinate repairs and maintenance with clarity and confidence Create repair orders, manage communication, and follow up to ensure satisfaction Maintain detailed and accurate service records Support

Technicians

and align timelines for smooth, efficient service Help keep our

Service Desk

running like a well-oiled machine Be on the on call rotation to assist with after-hours inquiries
