We're looking for a Service Advisor who can balance customer care with organizational excellence. If you're approachable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, this may be the right fit for you.

Expected annual income of $60,000+ per year.

What You'll Be Up To:

Welcome customers and provide a positive first impression.

Manage vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups efficiently.

Perform walkarounds, record concerns, tag keys, and prepare vehicles for service.

Assist in coordinating car washes, sanitizing vehicles, and supporting seasonal needs.

Communicate clearly with customers--service updates, recommendations, and next steps.

Work closely with the service team to keep operations on track.

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Be a reliable point of contact who ensures the service experience runs smoothly.

What You Bring to the Table:

Valid driver's license with a clean record (manual driving skills are an asset).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Adaptable and comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Previous automotive or service advisor experience considered an asset.
