We're on the lookout for a

Service Advisor

who's part concierge, part traffic controller, part customer service rockstar! If you're friendly, focused, and love the sound of a smooth-running engine (and the satisfaction of a job well done), you might be exactly who we're looking for.

Hourly Wage Range: $19.65-$23.00 plus performance bonus!

What You'll Be Up To:

Welcome customers like old friends--because they are! Handle vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups like a pro. Park and retrieve cars (yes, you get to drive them!). Do walkarounds, record concerns, tag keys, and prep vehicles for service. Keep things sparkling--coordinate car washes, sanitize vehicles, help with snow clearing in winter. Communicate clearly and kindly with customers--updates, service needs, next steps. Support the service team and keep schedules on track. Keep learning and leveling up with ongoing training. Be the go-to person who makes the customer experience smooth and stress-free.

What You Bring to the Table:

Valid driver's license with a clean record (bonus points if you can handle a manual!). People skills for days--friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in others. Organized and reliable--you know how to manage your time and get stuff done. Flexible and able to work outside in all kinds of weather. Previous automotive or service advisor experience is a big asset.
