Job Description

Gulf Operators Ltd is a civil contractor experienced in all aspects of civil work including drilling and blasting, concrete work, excavation, water and sewer, and aggregate production and sales.

We are looking for talent to add to our maintenance team. In the role of Service Advisor, you will be involved in supporting the maintenance of the fleet of light duty vehicles. This is an opportunity for growth and development for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

• Be the first point of contact for customers.
• Responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
• Ensures a smooth flow of communications with customers during repairs or maintenance work.
• Schedule service and repair appointments.
• Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle\xe2\x80\x99s problems or symptoms.
• Gather information on vehicle condition from the technicians to inform the customer on recommended services.
• Maintain records of completed service work.
• Act as liaison between customers, technicians, and managers the status of work orders.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service.
• Experience in the automotive field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver\'s licenses and a clean driver\'s abstract.
• Strong customer service skills.
• The ability to communicate with technicians, customers, and management.
• Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and understanding of mechanical components of automobiles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
