We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is committed to delivering an exceptional service experience to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and determine their service needs in a professional and friendly manner.
Prepare accurate repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended work.
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle.
Review final invoices with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service/automotive role is an asset but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Knowledge of automotive systems is an advantage but not required.
Proficiency with computers and dealership management software.
