Service Advisor

to join our team!

The successful candidate would have excellent communication and customer service skills, will have a TEAM first attitude and have at least 1 year of previous experience in an automotive service department. This opportunity has a great earning potential !

Responsibilities:



Welcome all incoming guests in a timely and friendly manner Sell & recommend maintenance and repairs to service customers Create and write service orders Ensure work orders are written with accuracy Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts Follow up on unsold work Liaise with Technicians to ensure proper work flow Develop and create lasting guest relationships Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Ensure guests are contacted regarding any changes in the estimate or completion time Explain to all guests the cost and requirements of their service in full detail At time of check out explain the completed work and all the charges to the guest Keep up with maintaining the organization of the department by keeping the service forms, menu and pricing guides up to date

Requirements:



1+ years experience in a service advisor role is preferred Customer focused with strong customer service skills Works well under pressure The ability work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi task Organized, motivated and a self-starter Computer skills and experience with Microsoft office would be considered a asset Enjoy working with a diverse group of individuals PBS experience and knowledge would be considered an asset Flexible schedule with the ability to work Saturdays Must have the legal right to work in Canada Must have a valid and clean driver license

Pay: $60,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
