Compensation

: $19.65 - $23.00 per hour, plus performance bonus.

What your day looks like:

Welcome Porsche clients with warmth, professionalism, and an unwavering focus on their needs. Clearly explain service options, warranties, and next steps with accuracy and confidence. Prepare precise cost estimates for labour, parts, and materials. Create detailed repair orders that balance client feedback with technician expertise. Maintain open, proactive communication with clients throughout their service journey. Uphold Porsche service standards in every interaction, ensuring excellence is never compromised. Identify opportunities to elevate the client experience beyond expectations.

What you bring to the team:

At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a premium or detail-focused environment. Previous automotive service experience is an asset, but not required. Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A professional, composed, and collaborative presence. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
