and Responsibilities:

To meet the demand of our growing Service Department, we are searching for an outgoing Service Advisor to work full-time in our Fort McMurray location. You as the ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task with time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for service customers, you will possess strong customer service skills and be able to confidently relay information from service personnel. This opening is for a rotating 7 on 7 off shift schedule (12 hour days).

Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Answering a high volume of calls, taking messages as required. Liaise between technicians, customers, warranty, and mobile coordinator. Scheduling mobile service calls. Administer pre-authorization payments for COD customers. Checking warranty status of units scheduled for repairs. Ensure all repair orders are accurate and complete. Completing various clerical activities including photocopying, faxing, sorting/filing, etc. Electronic processing of work orders for mobile service including payment and acquiring PO#s Communicating with technicians to ensure a final invoice is created within 24 hours of completion. Entering technician time.

Employment Qualifications:

Applicants with previous experience in similar position will be given preference. Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to acclimate to PC based order entry system are necessary. High standard of professionalism and outstanding verbal communication skills are important characteristics. Cummins and/or Paccar warranty experience is an asset but not required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and criminal record check prior to hiring
