Job Summary:



Lynx Emissions is seeking a Service Advisor to support our branches by providing outstanding customer service, processing orders efficiently, and assisting with sales-related administrative tasks. This role focuses on transactional sales, maintaining existing relationships, and supporting field sales teams. The Service Advisor will be the main point of contact for customers and work closely with the Field Sales Reps and Operations Lead to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Customer Service



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat. Accurately process orders and ensure timely fulfillment. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.

2. Parts & Service Sales



Prepare and send quotes based on customer requests. Follow up on outstanding quotes and close sales transactions. Assist with decoding and product sourcing to meet customer needs.

3. Sales Administrative Support



Create and update route maps for Field Sales F2F visits. Maintain accurate and up to date Salesforce (CRM). Manage sales pipeline. Providing administrative support to client and field sales as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:



1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or inside sales experience (preferably in an industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment setting). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
