Job Description

Monday-Thursday 9hr days and half day on Friday. 8am-12pm

As a Service Advisor you will be acting as the crucial link between vehicle owners and technicians, greeting customers, understanding vehicle issues, explaining necessary repairs and costs, scheduling service, and ensuring customer satisfaction by advising on maintenance and handling complaints, requiring strong communication, customer service, and basic mechanical understanding. They manage repair orders, provide cost/time estimates, and offer additional products/services, ensuring a smooth, transparent process from check-in to vehicle pickup. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers, listen to concerns, answer questions, and explain technical details clearly.

Liaison:

Communicate customer needs to technicians and relay repair explanations/costs back to customers.

Service Coordination:

Schedule appointments, write repair orders, and manage service flow.

Sales & Advice:

Recommend services, parts, and maintenance based on vehicle history and manufacturer guidelines; provide cost estimates.

Problem Resolution:

Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.

Administrative Tasks:

Update records, process payments, and manage shop software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
