We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service Advisor & Receptionist. This is a multifaceted role that requires a customer-focused attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to contribute to various aspects of our operation.

Key Responsibilities:



Reception:

Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming environment. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments. Manage customer check-ins and ensure smooth communication between customers and the service team.

Service Advisor:

Assist customers with their service needs, providing expert advice and guidance. Prepare and present estimates for service work. Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any additional work required.

Parts Ordering:

Order parts and materials needed for various service jobs. Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries. Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and manage any issues that arise.

Job Organization:

Organize and prioritize jobs to ensure efficient workflow. Assist with the coordination of custom builds and projects. Maintain detailed job records and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Perform basic cleaning tasks to keep the shop in top condition.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with automotive parts and service processes is a plus. Proficient in basic computer applications.

Pay: $16.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
