Service Advisor
who knows how to keep customers smiling and vehicles running their best. If you've got people skills, a good sense of humor, and can juggle a few things at once without dropping the ball -- you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
Greeting customers like old friends (because they'll be back -- thanks to you).
Translating "weird noises" and "funny smells" into clear repair orders for our technicians.
Keeping customers in the loop so they never wonder, "Where's my car?"* Explaining services and recommendations in plain English (or car talk if they prefer).
Making sure every customer leaves happy, and every car leaves healthy.
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service (automotive experience is a big plus, but not a dealbreaker).
Great communicator -- whether it's face-to-face, on the phone, or by email/text.
Organized enough to keep up with the pace of a busy shop.
Comfortable with computers and dealership software (we'll teach you the ropes if needed).
A valid driver's license (you might get to move some pretty nice rides).
