Responsibilities

Utilize mechanical knowledge to accurately assess and advise customers on automotive repair needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Utilize sales skills to upsell additional services or products to customers. Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills for documenting service requests and maintaining customer records.

What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?

Must have strong customer service skills Candidate must be bilingual (French & English) Must have strong computer skills Must be able to work in a team environment Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
Preferred:

Automotive Experience (NOT necessary)

Utiliser des connaissances mecaniques pour evaluer avec precision et conseiller les clients sur leurs besoins en reparations automobiles. Offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel en repondant aux questions, en resolvant les problemes et en garantissant la satisfaction. Utiliser des competences en vente pour proposer des services ou des produits supplementaires aux clients. Gerer les transactions en especes avec precision et efficacite. Demontrer une maitrise des competences informatiques pour documenter les demandes de service et maintenir les dossiers des clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
