We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The Server Assistant supports the serving staff by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, ensuring guests receive prompt and attentive service. Prior restaurant experience or familiarity with food safety standards is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn.

Duties

Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering dishes, and clearing tables promptly Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations Help with food preparation and presentation as needed under supervision Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments to ensure smooth service flow Support food handling procedures in compliance with food safety standards Greet guests courteously and provide assistance to enhance their dining experience Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols (food safety certification is a plus) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Barista experience or background in the food industry is advantageous Basic food preparation skills and understanding of hospitality standards are beneficial Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while providing attentive service
