Fine Dining Service Skills
- Elegant, attentive table service with an understanding of multi-course pacing.
Wine Knowledge
- Confident in wine service, pairings, bottle presentation, and recommendations.
Bartending & Mixology Expertise
- Skilled in crafting classic and contemporary cocktails with consistency.
Indian Cuisine Knowledge
- Familiarity with North & South Indian dishes, flavors, and ingredients to guide guests.
Customer Experience Focus
- Warm, engaging, and professional demeanor.
Team Player
- Collaborates effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide fine dining service, including wine and beverage pairings for Indian cuisine.
Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, and specialty drinks to the highest standard.
Guide guests through our menu with knowledge of dishes, spice levels, and regional influences.
Present, pour, and recommend wines, ensuring proper serving techniques.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in both bar and service areas.
Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist with inventory control for bar and wine stock.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 1 year fine dining server experience
Minimum 1 year professional bartending experience
Wine service experience (recommendations, pairings, bottle service)
Knowledge of North & South Indian cuisine
Smart Serve certification
Assets:
Mixology training or cocktail development background
WSET or other wine certifications
Compensation:
$17.20/hr + tips
