Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests by delivering high-quality service, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Micros POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while monitoring their satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service. Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling techniques at all times. Assist with training new staff members on restaurant procedures and guest service expectations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus but not required. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A team player with effective communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Pay: From $15.80 per hour
