We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Part-Time Restaurant Server / Banquet Bartender to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming and seating guests in a prompt and professional manner. Taking and serving food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Providing detailed information about our menu, including daily specials and making recommendations. Verifying that all food and beverages meet Tonic's quality standards before serving to guests. Responding to guest inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. Processing cash and card payments accurately. Assisting in the setup, restocking, and cleaning of dining areas before, during, and after service hours. Complying with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Cooperating and communicating with all team members to provide exceptional guest experiences. Read and execute the specifications listed on the Banquet Event Order. Attend all pre-shift meetings to ensure events flow smoothly. Be in communication with the Banquet Captain regarding any special needs. Prepar coffee breaks, carts and stations with appropriate food and beverage as stated in the Banquet Event Order. Mix liquor, soft drinks, water and other ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages for the guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
