We are dedicated to delivering unparalleled experiences to our 1500 members and guests, both on the golf course and within our 90,000 square foot Clubhouse.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Server to join our team at The Royal Montreal Golf Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving food and beverages, cleaning up and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Serve food and beverages:

Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring all orders are correct and meet quality standards.

Customer service:

Attend to guests' needs, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations as needed.

Clean and reset tables:

Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next event to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Collaborate with team:

Work closely with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Maintain knowledge:

Stay informed about menu items, guests' specifications, and the policies to provide accurate information to guests.

Adhere to health and safety standards:

Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bilingual:

French and English (oral)

Age:

Must be of legal drinking age (18)

Experience:

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Appearance:

Maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to the Club's dress code.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods; ability to lift and carry up to [weight limit] pounds.

Availability:

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
