Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming environment for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills. The Server will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout service Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly Maintain a clean dining environment by clearing tables and resetting for new guests

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred Familiarity with POS systems and delivery platforms such as Uber, Skip , DoorDash Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform basic math for billing and cash handling purposes Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables during busy periods Basic understanding of food industry standards and restaurant operations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
